   I was speaking of the courts decision that marriage violated the   
   constitution. I believe the courts have no say on marriage since there   
   is NO commerce and it's already equal. The only test left is that they   
   can call marriage a tax like ObamaCare and require all people married   
   pay a marriage tax and then say that gays must pay the tax so they can   
   marry each other.

   NOT delegated remain with the people or the States.....
