   SO you are saying Kansas spent too much money and now are being forced   
   to live within the amount they "take-in" rather than unlimited spending   
   and wasting and hoping their economy can support their taxing as much as   
   they want to support wild ass Democrat Liberal spending.....   
      
   Sounds like they're experiencing fiscal sanity.   
      
   And if it continues they might actually see their economy doing better   
   because that ball and chain we call taxes will be within reason and will   
   stop being a drag on their economy and the private sector.
