   That's the point, I do know the difference but the article was   
   sensationalizing the headline so that it looked like they didn't know   
   the difference.  Idiot Liberals blaming Global Warming for everything so   
   they can create a crisis where there is none.   
      
   As I later pointed out.... the Liberals themselves should already be   
   refilling those aquifers with some solar distillation of sea water.   
      
   Surely if all people have a right to medical care and a right to heat   
   and a right to an education and a right to an abortion....  they've had   
   a right to fresh water.  Why has Liberal government spent money that   
   should be used for fresh water on things like college loans and   
   government housing and you didn't supply water to all those same people   
   *first* before you wasted the money on bullet trains in California and   
   buying GM car companies and subsidizing them?   
      
   We're becoming 3rd world and it's Liberal leadership that's taking us   
   there.  Liberals wasted a trillion dollars on ObamaCare and all they got   
   was insurance for 16 million people that already had government health   
   clinics to use. Did they have all their own water or did the government   
   drain our aquifer for them?   
      
   SO when you think of the lack of water think of all the people the   
   government cares for and feeds and gives phones health care and they   
   haven't been *supplying them with water* Liberal government just used   
   the Aquifer water and ignored their responsibility to supply those same   
   people they care for with water from the government's own supply rather   
   than water from the taxpayers aquifers.   
      
   If the government is going to claim responsibility they should live up   
   to it and run those people's lives for them and micro manage their lives   
   and that means make them eat healthy and exercise and force them to be   
   educated and the government has to pay for it along with the food and   
   water (the government supplies food so why NOT supply government water),   
   and it's NOT a perk it's a responsibility if they need help then they   
   should be wards of the government... like the American Indian that lives   
   so well thanks to the Federal Government and Liberalism.
