   Don't know where you link goes to. I find it odd how certain protected   
   classes are worthy of respect and their feelings have to be guarded,   
   while other classes are told to go pound sand.   
      
   Just because Jen is trans or non-binary or whatever, doesn't make them   
   magical. If you truly believe in inclusion, then you have to include Jen   
   in the class of human beings. That means they are subject to being   
   evaluated just like any other human being is - on their own individual   
   merits. Whatever pain Jen has suffered, they haven't learned from it.   
   They throw it back at whoever, including you.   
      
   So no, they don't get a free pass. That's how I show them respect and   
   tolerance and inclusion.
