I guess I missed the beginning of this argument. Did someone say a
Moebius Strip is not a 3-D object? I never saw that. In your logic, an
8.5 X 11 has six sides just like a ream of printer paper. How thin does
an edge have to be before you stop calling it a side?

So, a Moebius strip made of paper and tape has two sides, while a flat
toroid made of paper has four sides. Jump up and shout that a Moebius
strip is the only thing with two sides since we're all using electron
   microscopes to conduct this inquiry.

I didn't know you were interested in Electronics. I thought you were
just a Pioneer&Kenwood-ophile. I have a set of blue Bose Bluetooth
headphones that are quite good. They have four buttons and one
three-sided switch. I listen to my music and the only complaint I have
is that when I lean my head against the wall the neighbor always starts
pounding on it because of sound transmission through solids.
