In order for defamation to occur, the statement must be false and
the statement must, in some real way, cause damage to the supposed
victim.
Robert's first problem is that fire is hot. As such, my comment
that it is cannot be false. Just like your comment that Jen is a liar
is not false.
Since you claim Jen is the liar, and that is not Robert's true,
legal name, stating Jen is a liar cannot be defamation, which means my
comment cannot be defamation, even if fire were not hot.
Further, he's claiming my real, legal name is not Kenito. This
means his position is that a fictional character, Kenito, is
supposedly defaming another fictional character, Jen. I don't see how
fictional characters can defame each other. But I'm sure he has a team
of lawyers working on it day and night :)
If Robert is upset about my claiming he is Robert Wolfe III, keep
in mind, I am using HIS standards to make the claim. His sole out is
to claim he's been lying about who I am. But, then, he opens himself
up to a similar phantom defamation suit.
I eagerly await the certified letter from his attorneys. LOL.
