   My nephew is trans, but he started showing very clear signs at age 3,   
   and was like that his whole childhood. Totally different than a   
   depressed teen girl who doesn't fit in jumping on the latest social   
   contagion and getting life altering surgery. But like Puppy said, that   
   never happens, thankfully.
