   I just (deb)pushed version 4.7.3.0 of the Debian Policy Manual and   
   related documents to sid.  Below you will find the significant normative   
   changes from the previously-announced release of Policy (4.7.2.0).   
   There aren't many but we haven't had a release since February so I   
   thought I should push these out.

       It is no longer recommended to specify the Priority field in source   
       package control files.  dpkg now defaults it to ``optional``.

       fields in Debian source control and ``.changes`` files.
