From: charles@debian.org              Hi,              Registration and Call for Proposals (CfP) for MiniDebConf Campinas 2026       (Brazil) are now open!              This will be the first edition in the state of São Paulo!              Check out important info below:              MiniDebConf Date and Location       =============================       MiniDebConf will take place between April 23rd and 25th in the Campinas State       University (Unicamp). On the 25th, we will share the event with the Latin       American Free Software Install Fest (FLISoL) for a Saturday full of activities.              MiniDebConf will be preceded by a MiniDebCamp taking place between April 19th       and 22nd for the first time.              Free Registration and Bursary Requests       ======================================       You can already register for free in the MiniDebConf Campinas 2026 website [1].              [1]: https://campinas.mini.debconf.org/en/registration-enrollment/              MiniDebConf is an event open to everyone, regardless of their level of       knowledge about Debian. The most important thing is to bring the community       together to celebrate one of the largest Free Software projects in the world,       so we want to welcome everyone from inexperienced users just starting out with       Debian to official project developers. In other words, everyone is welcome!              As with the Belo Horizonte edition in 2024 and the Maceió edition in 2025, in       the Campinas 2026 edition, we are offering bursaries [2] for food,       accommodation and travel to enable people from other cities who contribute to       the Debian Project to come. Unofficial contributors, DMs and DDs can apply for       bursaries using the application form.              Financial resources are quite limited, but we will try to fulfill as many       requests as possible.              If you intend to apply for one of these bursaries, access the link below and       check out more information before registering:              [2]: https://campinas.mini.debconf.org/participe/bolsas/              Registration (without bursaries) can be done until the date of the event,       but we have a deadline for requesting bursaries for food, accommodation and       travel, so please pay attention to the deadline which is February 20th.              To register, access the website, go to "Create account" [3]. Create your       account (preferably using Salsa) and access your profile. There you will see       the "Register" button [4].              [3]: https://campinas.mini.debconf.org/accounts/login/       [4]: https://campinas.mini.debconf.org/register/              Call for Proposals       ==================       The call for proposals for MiniDebConf is also open [5].              For more information, access the link below:       https://campinas.mini.debconf.org/en/call-for-activities/              Please pay attention to the submission deadline which is February 28th.              [5]: https://campinas.mini.debconf.org/talks/new/              Contact       =======       If you have any questions, send an email to contato@debianbrasil.org.br.              Organization       ============       - Debian Project       - Debian Brasil Community       - Debian São Paulo              Cheers,       Charles              -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE-----              iQIzBAABCgAdFiEECgzx8d8+AINglLHJt4M9ggJ8mQsFAmmTQjIACgkQt4M9ggJ8       mQuH/w//dwFVzyCPeBJbnKr+FgFVBBkpjRObe2kq5C59W1ke8u8jfcNeEdreSOmD       Mq7MM9iVHe8eocK0rIpCW5aHNd37h5Kw9pYy8a0d6ZQ6sJY7hfs3T1kyIXXLt4Ft       3jDKd06iruogvnDakMn8Nh7XBIGTsAmOE8d5GaE+5FZC96RMSy+u8Yy1KjwJJ8vI       k3fqpbg47Mkgx0pD8tRthOFmnxKNM/TI3uUa5FLKJC3MN2jnjaGIiJsjDasZPa3J       cmt0rGhhB3EEuNjMgcj//gR6tb5vfUYcaTZuPBIyecUZAoSwPi5FdOpopTfXe3RW       fDAIkbdOiLc+DtCnM4BsYY285/hqI72hF7G9E7lGqyfJqEeUpR1FH8mLRML9ytc8       N5cwvPafz5PNGyjujQ+tavXbVBHWsnagqxqLzww34WqW4/siY35Zd1g+q8B3gTax       7Nh8kXZhyO8DBc+1DLE3IodFtAIEILQ/Hf5gpAuBPsSADD/8G1gWnM3V7FTlfWsA       9grYMcuTjf4Pm6WjbbZUkD0of/XkQUJN3Yb++VjqjrBb2pEXno4uww5/9V7JmysQ       QX1UpHE6vCvJXkrd2FO/pKvstUyKi+8nBisFY2zky32Vs8x2hNuyTZ0/JMviZq2a       OaUAfrsb+khNl4+TzIdtlBDOLQJBZk8lq5UkEKD6kld7F/HzOUQ=       =1aWf       -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
