   I'm doing exactly that with Retro Workgroup and a Powerbook via VPN   
   (Netgear FWAG114). My VPN/Retrospect client is at virtual address   
   192.168.2.128 so I set subnet broadcast on the Retrospect server to   
   192.168.2.128/255.255.255.255.

   Don't even waste the phone call. You'll get nothing but frustrated. They   
   have a great product line but you're on your own.
