   hello ng!   
      
   the following is the problem:   
   i have win xp with sp2 installed and i am unable to install the cisco   
   vpn client sucessfully. during the installation i get an error code 0x5,   
   and in a command promt i can see the message "access denied". i can't   
   see to what the access is denied, because the window closes   
   automatically after failure and is open for no longer than half a second.   
      
   does anyone have a solution for that?
