   That is not a bug per se. This is called "NAT traversal" or "UDP   
   encapsulation" implemented as a "feature" by Cisco initially. Patent   
   issues are stopping many companies from implementing such "feature".   
   Some "clean room" implementations of the functionality can be observed   
   though.
