   Hi,   
      
      
   a new customer of mine (changed because he was unhappy with his previous   
   supplier) has a Netscreen 5XP appliance with L2TP functionality.   
   He has changed his computer at home and wants to VPN from home like he used   
   to on his old pc. The problem is he doesn't find the cd anymore.   
      
   I tried to create an account with the serial number from the certificate   
   that he still has, but it appears to be invalid (end of life product?)   
   I called support and they told me he (computer illiterate) has to call them   
   himself to transfer the device from his previous supplier to a new account   
   for him AND purchase support before he can download it again.   
      
   Now I was wondering if someone else can supply me with this software. On his   
   previous computer he has version 5.0.2 (build 2).
