   We looked for good NetScreen documentation and our conclusion was that it   
   did not exist. We had a client who had a smaller Netscreen and all we   
   wanted to do was open a port on it and the software was ridiculously   
   unintuitive and the docs we found were just as bad and had screenshots and   
   options that did not exist on the firewall!  We tried calling Juniper (for   
   anyone who doesn't know they bought NetScreen) and we were told the product   
   was out of warranty and opening a case would have been $500.  We ended up   
   proposing and selling a Pix 506e and all is well now.  Good luck on your
