The easiest to get working will be the pptp, although not       as secure as the other two methods. Using the router as a pptp endpoint       terminator will let you use the client built into windows, as will the       ipsec over l2tp. You'll need to go through the docs on the router and       enable pptp, add a user that can connect, and then specify an IP address       on the local lan you can use, or a range. Then when you have done that       setup a new dial up network connection on your home PC via VPN (not       dialup)and point this at the wan address of the router at your office.       Page 38 of the manual I downloaded from here (       http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=274 ) seems to be the place to start       Simon              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
