   Languard might be the tool, you are looking for. Its a network   
   security scanner and IIRC it shows, if the scanned system has the   
   newest patches installed, but I think, it is not able to detect,   
   whether the remote system has an anti-virus scanner aktivated.   
   In addition, it might  become difficult, to scan every system manually   
   before gaining access.
