   You can get this as a service, but you are probably looking at getting all   
   the Internet access lines and a VPN from the same company if you want them   
   to look after it all.   
      
   Big drawback is the internet feeds will probably be commercial rather than   
   consumer, so there may be a fairly big increase in cost.   
      
   Since what you are asking for is a WAN linking your users, why not look for   
   a supplier for that - which they might implement as a VPN?
