   You only need to forward port 1723 if YOU are running the vpn server.   
   If you're simply connecting to a vpn server that is at work, I think all   
   you need to do is on the filters tab, enable: multicast pass through,   
   ipsec pass through, and pptp pass through.   
      
   The linksys documentation is wrong, it's protocol 47, not port 47 and   
   that it taken care of if you allow the pass through as above.   
      
   Also, I've found that any firmware after 1.44.2, Dec 13 2002 doesn't   
   work well with VPN.
