   I am trying to upgrade the firmware to 1.5. Put the switch 1,2 down,   
   reset box, and the when using nxtftpw.exe it always times out! Gets/Puts   
   it does not matter. Responds to pings so I know the ip address that I am   
   using is correct. Any suggestions (other than throwing it in the   
   trash;-)
