      From: nworker@nspam.speakeasy.net              Oskar,              Well I reread the procedure (it is pretty straight forward), but I continue to       get ERROR:Timeout after it does about 15 retrys. Here is the procedure that I       followed:              1. extact the firmware to a windows computer       2. set dip switches 1 and 2 to on (down) on appliance       3. reset the appliance       4. open the extraction directory       5. double click on nxtftpw.exe       6. enter the ip address of the appliance (206.171.162.129)       7. browse to and select vpn200_15T_app.bin       8. click Put              The status says that it is connecting, then Retry 1...2...3...4 until the       error.              Did you do something different?              Hank              > Hank wrote:       >       > > I am trying to upgrade the firmware to 1.5.
