   What a shame.  I've noticed similar support problems with D-Link, but   
   thought my experience with Linksys was good.  Very difficult to   
   understand why Linksys would release a product not fully tested,   
   particularly for a protocol (PPTP) that is fairly prevalent.  Thanks for
