   Your issue may have to do with how they are managing their packets. They   
   wanted HP to buy a special card for the gateway in order to use their   
   service.   
      
      
   A few questions that can shed some light.   
      
   1.) Can you get a static Ip address from Hughes?   
   2.) have you tried the HP Nat Transversal Gateways yet?   
   2.) what is the error message that you get from the VPN client?   
      
   I know you have gotten the standard " we don't support that .... service"   
   but there may be a way.
