   Yes they can work simultaneously. Ofcourse, number of simultaneously tunnels   
   depends on NetScreen type, but in your case, if u are using NS-5 than you   
   can configure this, one tunnel will be LAN-to-LAN and other will be dial-up.   
   On NetScreen web site u have user manual with examples how to configure   
   this.
