   Wireless VPN problem

I use a USB DSL modem and Sygate sharing software to run my home network.
The wireless connection is via a Linksys Wireless Router used as an access
   point.

I can VPN to my company via a Cisco client VPN when using either a wired or
wireless connection (ie the vpn connects), but do not have access to email
or network devices when using wireless. The wireless connection works fine
until I run the client VPN
software. Then, no access. Nor can I surf or ping sites after
connecting wirelessly. As I said, no problem when I connect through hard
   wired ethernet in the network.

I logged the problem using the client vpn software, and the following is an

I am not literate in VPN at all, so any help is appreciated.
