   You need to forward tcp port 1723 to 102.168.0.5 (as you have done) and you   
   do not forward tcp port 47.  Instead forward the gre protocol (or IP   
   protocol 47 - not port 47)   
      
   Also the remote machine cannot be on the 192.168.0.* subnet.  If it is the   
   remote machine will not know which interface to route packets to.  The   
   remote machine MUST be on a different subnet to the machine you are loging   
   in to.
