   I wonder if having "use default gateway on remote network" enabled makes any   
   difference. You might ask your users to turn that off and see what happens.   
      
   Your ACL question is moot for me, as I only have to support four users so it's   
   no big deal to maintain a special ACL just for the VPN server...
