From: dave_k_420@gophnet.org              I have a Netgear FVS318 that i use connecting to linux FreeS/WAN clients       Pre-shared keys - 3DES main mode.              All is fine, but i am wondering, how secure is this netgear router?       How does it compare to expensive cisco vpn routers?       Is it feasible for someone to sniff the encrypted traffic and decode it?       Is the goverment capable to do this?       just wondering              -dk              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
