   Looks like two questions. You can turn on DHCP on your client end.   
   You'll get a different IP anyway when you VPN. The server will assign it.   
      
   In your second question, it looks like you want something other than   
   192.168.0.x. No problem; go to the LAN settings and change it to   
   192.168.1.1, or something like that. The first three of the octet will   
   propagate through the rest of the settings.
