   I really don't know how much harder it is to break 3DES vs DES, but I   
   know I work for a major Telco and we are setup with DES for our VPN into   
   our office.  I figure if the company I work for can get away with DES, I   
   can at home also.  I'm talking about a telco company that has 10's of   
   thousands of employees around the world.
