   Hi all,   
      
   I am using a cisco vpn client, version 4.0.3 c on a Windows XP Home Edition   
   computer.   
      
   I noticed that whenever I turned the vpn client on, my Internet connection   
   speed drop down dramatically. Like 80-90% slower.   
      
   Is this normal, or is there a way around it?
