From: scottkenny5@hotmail.com              Hi I want to set up a VPN using the Microsoft software that comes with XP       home and 98. I want the XP home pc to be the host and for the 98 to connect       to it. The XP machine has a cable modem and the 98 uses dial up. I want to       dial from the 98 to the XP's cable modem. Is it possible to dial from a       phone line to the cable modem? I want to really add an extension to my home       network which would allow me to dial into my existing network to transfer       files from the network computers to the 98 and use the cable modem to all so       access the internet at the same time as it host my connection.              Thx for any help provided.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
