   i've got a client using netscreen under xp home. it was working fine up   
   until last week when it and all internet failed. i found that i was also   
   unable to ping his router. i discovered by trial and error with msconfig   
   that if the IKE service was running all TCP/IP networking failed. when i   
   disabled this service and booted up, the networking worked and i was able to   
   browse the internet. however, as soon as i started the service manually,   
   everything tanked again. has anyone seen this problem? is there a fix or do   
   we have to re-install? any help is greatly appreciated.
