   I will, if I can't get it sorted out. I just needed to confirm what I was   
   looking for - it would be stoopid to call tech support only to find out I   
   was overlooking some simple step in the process.   
      
   I have everything I need to work through a connection problem - but I will   
   tap their tech support if what should work doesn't.
