   	Was Felicity the woman fondling Apellonia James while passing   
   on secrets to OtherEvilCorp?  (That she *is* passing secrets is not as   
   well-established as it maybe could be, although that isn't an important   
   detail to the plot.  Making it clearer would just remove the mystery of   
   why she spends so much time chewing her two-way wrist radio.)   
      
   	Anyway, the Comic Relief Lady I don't believe was named.  She   
   was the Medico who was often and easily flustered by the invasion of   
   the pervert children at the brain institute.  The one who looks kind   
   of like if Rhea Pearlman were cast as Kes on 'Voyager'.
