I didn't enjoy it quite that much. I was grinning throughout (which
is a good sign), but only had a handful of chuckles (mainly for Josh's
lines, for some reason). It was like they were getting to the red
zone, but couldn't always convert (to use a metaphor of some sport or
other :-)). I definitely liked it better than most RiffTrax, but the
"Glitter" one that Mary Jo did with Mike made me laugh harder.
Regarding a comparison with MST3K: some of those I would watch over
IMMEDIATELY AFTER WATCHING FOR THE FIRST TIME.... it was just that
good! Of course, that's a pretty high bar, I would think ;-)

I enjoyed the visual gags, in a host-segment kind of way. All-in-all,
I think it's very promising, and I'm hoping they refine it so that it
will be as far beyond MST3K, comedically, as MST3K is beyond the
   amoeba!*, to coin a phrase....

I think we are in agreement, fundamentally. You will note that I did not
compare it to the CC seasons (especially three, four and five, which IMHO
   were the best).
