   There is another interesting little item on the DVD--Frank and Trace (as Dr.   
   F and TV's Frank) explaining the "upgrade of Volume 10 to 10.2" by disposing   
   of the episode that was not supposed to be included because of rights issues   
   with The Giant Gila Monster.
