   The old video trailer I saw isn't up on IMDb any more, but from what I   
   saw, the titular characters appear to be the heros, mostly in the form   
   of Ray Dennis Nicholas Cage and his buddy in distinctly homemade-looking   
   tracksuit-and-ski-mask superhero outfits.   
   (That, and brief shots of a Jersey hometown parade, edited to make it   
   look as if it's being thrown in their honor...)
