You know, even the description of the scene is funny. I didn't
see it myself -- I was watching the 'Early Daze' DVD on the Looney Tunes
Volume 5 set -- but my mother was almost certainly watching it in the
other room and she was laughing more than usual at about the right time
for 'How I Met Your Mother', unless that was the time for 'The Big Bang
   Theory'.

    It's not that I dislike either show, it's just that I don't
really watch many shows regularly these days. The new Doctor Who I
rather like, and Torchwood has wormed its way onto my schedule even
though I've been on student newspapers which I would trust as better
organizations for handling alien invasions, even in Wales.
