       From what I see (doing side-by-side image compares) is his nose is   
   slightly narrower and is not bulbous at the end anymore.  The under-eye area   
   is much more shallow and not as meaty.  This gives him a freaky look, but   
   the big change is the hairstyle with a lack of black color.   
      
       The "awfulplasticsurgery" webpage claims a chin implant, but   
   side-by-side compares with images found by GOOGLE in his earlier years does   
   not show any obvious signs of a chin implant.

       I think he just got older (he's 58 now), thinner in parts of his face,   
   is getting goofy-looking poses snapshotted (Brody Jenner is much more   
   attractive to the press), and the new lighter-color hairstyle makes him look   
   kind of womanly.  His face also has a weird doll-like plastic skin shine.   
   This might be a result of hitting male menopause and losing his normal   
   testosterone levels.   
      
       Aside from that, he really looks like he did in his prime (minus the   
   fine muscular build) except for a thinner nose, an unflattering haircut, and   
   an older face.
