   	Yes, MST3K: The Movie was released in April of 1996, although   
   tragically not to theaters.  I did pick up the rereleased DVD last   
   week at Borders (20% first-week discount!  10% frequent buyers card   
   discount!  Dilute!  Dilute!)  although I haven't had time to watch it   
   yet.   
      
   	I've heard that it's an extremely bare-bones release, doing   
   away with frills such as a chapter menu, which I didn't even know you   
   could *do*.  Maybe the people printing the discs had to be ready to   
   flee Egyptian captivity or something like that and we had to have   
   unleavened files.
