   	It turns out they never were just an invention exchange,   
   either.  A _Carson's Comedy Classics_ this week had on a guest with   
   a pig who was trained to grunt to different tones when squeezed.   
   He performed the Popeye The Sailor Man theme, with the hog grunting   
   the pipe toot-toots, and then The Blue Danube.   
      
   	Who'd have guessed Joel wasn't quite as imaginative as The   
   Tonight Show's version of Stupid Pet Tricks?
