       I've determined that that Cicerus's post was "Internet Flypaper".   
      
       Scent a email with everything under the sun and see what sticks to it   
   when it is replied to.   
       Then tailor the message to suit the spectral range of paranoia that the   
   audience has embraced.   
      
       Any serious paranoid person would have much better message formatting,   
   less redundant restatements, and a better skill in swaying a suspicious   
   audience.  Certainly there are plenty of wretched thieving people out to get   
   every one of us.  Those evil people do indeed conspire against us (often   
   times incompetently).   
      
       The message should not be, "Be aware of the evil people and their evil   
   deeds".  Awareness is of very limited value if it does not come with   
   productive tactical results.  Awareness is useless if good people are   
   ensnared by the evil criminal cabals and converted into rotten criminals   
   too.  Good people were ensnared in NAZI Germany to ignore the crimes of the   
   powerful criminals.  Good people willingly participated in the mass murder   
   of many millions.  One simple tactic is to pretend to be stupid when   
   required to do evil deeds by some criminal boss and if forced to do the   
   deed, do it incompetently if you cannot avoid it at all.   
      
       The message should be, "You are not powerless, you can work in concert   
   with other sanity-minded folks, and we can create a powerbase to overthrow   
   the creeps that want to control and hurt us.  WE OUTNUMBER THEM!  WE ALWAYS   
   WILL OUTNUMBER THEM.  The best way to achieve this is to undermine the evil   
   people at every turn.  To gain positions of power while proving our   
   integrity and trustworthiness to destroy the criminal cabal of powerful   
   creeps."   
      
       That last message built nations to be proud of.  It created communities   
   of good productive people.  It created generations of good brave souls that   
   did not "take the easy way out" when required to defend and kill if   
   necessary against the legions of criminal sociopaths that wormed their ways   
   into positions of authority.  Just as there can be conspiracies of evil,   
   there can also be secretive conspiracies of goodness.  Tolerance is good   
   only when you do not tolerate evil people in your midst.
