   This is the kind of sequel that makes the original seem almost watchable.    
   (So, I wonder if it's PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE to make a sequel to THIS film ;-))   
      
   Was anyone else hoping for the annoying boy to turn out to be a *girl* (say,   
   Kristy McNichol, with the same haircut)?  It would have provided an excuse for   
   the annoyingness (she was just ACTING annoying, like a boy!), and also make   
   the meta-level acting    
   seem much, much better.  Ah, well.   
      
   Some lines that made some effort to stem the tide of actors pick   
   ng-up-their-paychecks:   
      
   "Wise wizard, please teach me how to *run*"- Tom, as Tyor, as Emo Philips   
      
   "The legendary ROPES OF CONVENIENCE!" -Crow   
      
   "Face the wrath of my GENTLE NUDGING" -Jonah   
      
   "Forming a Stockholm-syndrome-type relationship with David Carradine's legs"
