From: dre1@alum.mit.edu              I recently saw America's Test Kitchen, on PBS (check local listings) making a       delectable-looking item they called a German Pancake, a.k.a. Dutch Baby, but I       believe another name for it is *Pfannkuchen*. The marvels of which you may       have heard hinted        about if you were ever in the Minneapolis area, say for one of the MST3K       ConventioCon ExpoFest-A-Ramas. Here is the recipe the ATK chefs came up with:              https://www.cookscountry.com/recipes/5825-dutch-baby              -Doug Elrod (dre1@cornell.edu)        wondering if it's necessary to speak *Minnesotan* to sing its praises....              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
