   Hi   
   I'm looking for information on a program (I think) on CH4 about English   
   eccentrics shown sometime earlier this year (2003)   
      
   There was an item in this program about a chap in (I think) Derby... Staffs   
   area who had gone to court and proved that the Dbl Yellow Lines were illegal   
   and won a court case against the local council.   
      
   The TV Stations cannot help unless an exact date of transmission can be   
   provided.   
      
   If anyone has any info on this subject I would be most grateful.
