   Yep, it's a good web project to undertake, from that perspective.   It's got   
   a fixed start and finish date, it's light-hearted, with definate aims and   
   functionality....   might have a go next year myself ?!  ;o)

   The shades of grey colour scheme was a deliberate choice really, I wanted   
   people to focus on the music rather than the visual stuff.   I have used   
   colour in the past but I think limiting it to 1 or 2 different colours   
   (albeit with various shades) is a good way to tone down a site and make it   
   appear more organised (ah, the art of illusion!).

   Certainly a bit of improvement there.   
   I think my biggest problem now is the menus across the top, and o course the   
   images down the right hand side, but hey it's your site and you must do it   
   how you like it best.
