   A friend asks if anyone has a recording of any episodes of the above BBC TV   
   series, originally from 1993 or thereabouts.  He says it was re-broadcast   
   recently on a satellite channel, but doesn't know which one.   
      
   VHS or DVD is fine, he just wanted to know some of the routes that Coltrane   
   took, as he's going to America himself soon.
