   environmental law is a subset of land use law.   
      
   I certainly do remember that olympic bombing in the park, certainly there   
   are fewer than there are in Phila. This is because William Penn, the   
   founder, was a city planner.  REally.  He built the city around a park,   
   possibly one of the largest city owned parks in the world   
      
   I attributed the lack of trees, not just to development, but the heat of   
   the South, and the fact that Atlanta's been burned down a few times   
      
   No one benefits from fewer trees
