   This is just a family thing, but can anyone remember this?   
      
   I have this vague memory of a cartoon on TV which included a small   
   continuously yapping dog - not much to go on, but can't come up with   
   anything else!  Ring any bells at all?  I'm thinking it must have been   
   sometime in the 60s.
