   I realize this is 20-years too late, but it's from part 2 of the 2-part Season   
   4 premiere episode, "Knight of the Juggernaut."  In addition to the C-button,   
   KITT also got Super Pursuit Mode where he turns into a Formula-1 type Trans-Am.
